What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time. If you have an emergency or need to contact us after hours, follow the emergency repair guidelines found in your contract.
What should I do when I need repairs on my vehicle?
When you have a problem with your vehicle, contact us first so we can gather necessary information that will make the claims process go more smoothly. Also, for serious problems, stop driving the vehicle in order to prevent further damage to it. If the vehicle is damaged from continuous operation, the resulting repairs will not be covered. Refer to your contract or the claims section for more details.
Where can I take my vehicle for repairs?
Always attempt to take your vehicle back to the seller that sold you the contract if they have a repair facility. They are the most qualified to process your claim quickly and effectively. If your seller, does not have a repair facility or you are far from their location, you can take it to any licensed repair facility.
Who do I need to contact to get another copy of my contract?
To obtain another copy of your contract or any paper work relating to your account, contact the seller that sold you the contract.
What is the claims procedure?
After you contact us initially, we will need your repair facility to contact us in order to get the exact details of the repair. When the repair facility contacts us with the details, our Claims Department will analyze the claim and respond with a claims decision directly to the repair facility. Since each claim is unique, the processing time varies but generally claims can be handled within a couple of hours. All updates regarding your claim should typically come from the repair facility directly. Feel free to call us though with any questions.
How are claims paid for?
On approved claims, Alpha Warranty Services pays the repair facility directly with a credit card upon completion of the covered repair. It’s fast and easy!
How can I cancel my contract?
We would hate to see you go! But if you do, simply contact the company that sold you the contract to obtain a cancellation form.
