1. Having car trouble? Are you having a mechanical issue with your covered vehicle? Avoid additional damage by bringing it, or having it towed to a repair facility right away.

2. Find a repair facility. We recommend you take your vehicle to the service center of the dealership where you bought it. You can also use a repair facility you're familiar with or use RepairPal to find one in your area.

3. Need roadside assistance? If you need assistance with safely towing your vehicle to a repair facility, please call the Roadside Assistance number located in the top right corner on page one of your service contract.

4. Have your repair facility call us. Once your vehicle is at the repair facility, have them contact one of our qualified and helpful Alpha Warranty adjusters at 800.662.5519. Your repair facility can also submit your claim online.

5. That's it! We'll take it from here. Once your claim is open, you can track its status in real time with our online Claims Tracker.
Did you know? If you need a rental car, please call our Customer Service team at 800.662.5519 to determine your applicable rental reimbursement coverage as stated in your contract.
Helpful tip: Be sure to maintain your vehicle to the manufacturer's recommended standards and keep records of the maintenance and services performed on it to aid in expediting your claim and quickly getting you back on the road.
